I ordered a set of speakers via their website on April 26, 2010. The estimated shipping time was two weeks. After the two weeks came and passed I contacted them via email. I was told to give it a little while longer. All the while I never received a tracking number or an update of any kind from the retailer. About two weeks later, again I ask by email about the merchandise (can never reach them via phone) this time I am ignored. I try several times by phone to contact them to no avail.
