I, like many others fell for their free trial. I was to be billed 4.99 for shipping of the trial supply for 14 days. Prior to the end of the 14 days, if not canceled, they would continue shipment. I received the trial on 1/24 and tried calling to cancel order. I left 2 messages and also sent an email through their website. Today I find out that my account has been charged $78.81 for a product I do not have. Today, after being on hold for an extended period of time I finally got through to a representative.
