I too am a victim of MBF Leasing. In 2005 I signed a lease which I had thought was month to month. In October of 2008 I called to cancel my lease as my company was closing and they told me I couldn't. For lack of time and effort, I continued to pay on the account until today when I called to get the mailing address of where to send the equipment back to.
