The company, FedLoan Services, took over my daughter's college loan from the previous company. The company is difficult to contact through customer service and their web site never works. When I finally connected with customer service, they told me I cannot access their web site from a Mac computer. How is that possible? They also told me I already have an online account with them, which is impossible. Is this company legit or am I being scammed?
