On November 28, 2009 I placed an order to be shipped as a Christmas gift. I ordered ORANGE frog pajamas, size Medium. On December 6, 2009, I reviewed my status and it showed my item still hadn't shipped. I tried calling the customer service line, but it went to voicemail. I then chatted online with a man named Robert. He stated they were on back order and will be shipped by 12/11. (Yet I never received any confirmation they were on back order).
