This company is filled with thieves! Prior to my first complaint, I order 5 (different) mannequins from this company. It was my belief that they could not mess up an order of mannequins since all you have to do is pack the one from my picture. (Was I ever wrong!) I received two sets of identical mannequins and another one that was damaged! Keep in mind that I ordered 5 different mannequins and when I brought this to Amy's attention she said she is not doing anything about it.
