Verizon Communications just confirmed Agora Solutions without my consent charged my Verizon account for a service I never ordered. Verizon Rep said "We cannot prevent a company from charging a service to your bill; we can add a cramming block to your account to prevent this from happening in the future." I do have to call Agora Solutions and ask them to cancel all services. I will get a credit on my account for these false charges.
