My ex-husband became past due on a loan through WFS. Of course being divorced I had no idea. After he becomes excessively past due WFS sends me a letter. I called in to resolve the issue & pay the entire past due amount. The representatives treated me terribly. I have never had any company be rude to me about taking my money. The justification for this behavior was because the payment had been made late 5 times over the course of 5 years. Not to mention I was responding to the first correspondence the company had sent me.
