Unfortunately I ordered a bed from Cymax. I waited a month for it to arrive and it was damaged. They refuse to accept a return unless I pay the shipping and a restocking fee. A restocking fee for damaged goods! I guess the plan is to resell it to another unlucky buyer. So I bought a bed, they sent me a broken one and I am supposed to pay them and get left with nothing. I might as well have just flushed my $ down the toilet!. DO NOT buy anything from Cymax! They need to be put out of business for their shady practices and their terrible customer service. read full review »
