I too am having problems with Signet Financial refunding the unused warranty per the terms of their agreement. They keep asking for more documentation. Each documentation request has a strict 30 day time limit for your reply. If you ever get involved with this company, SEND EVERYTHING VIA CERTIFIED MAIL, and keep records. They will do anything to avoid returning the money even though they are contractually obligated to do so. read full review »
