My complaint is not with Party Gals, but with one of their consultants Kim LeBlanc. I hosted a party where Kim was the consultant. I had orders that totaled over $300.00. Orders were paid in cash, check & debit/credit cards. Checks were cashed two days after the party. Debit/credit cards were never charged. After contacting her multiple times I was given the run around- when she would return calls it was always via text about 2 days after my call/text.
