Not sure how else to put it. Worst experience I think I've ever had with any company. Not like it was a one time thing either. Just TRY to get a hold of them. They will NOT answer their phone and they will NOT call you back like their voicemail indicates. TRY to email them. You MAY get a response filled with hollow promises. Just don't expect a response within 72 hours. More like 2-3 weeks to reply to your emails. That's just how they do business. My experience with them? I ordered some things and was charged immeiately.
