I have been with t-mobile for three and a half years. In spring 2008 i purchased an air card. After my computer broke down in Feb. 2009, I purchased another and the internet wouldn't work in it. T-mobile never disclosed the cards weren't universal, never ask which model of computer I had, and told me the cards were out of date. They couldn't offer me a trade for another card.
