Scheduled a service call for our freezer a week in advance. Got a confirming call from Sears saying service man would be at our house between 1 and 5 the following afternoon. I took the afternoon off from work to meet the service man. He never showed up and never called. We called them, they listened and said he should have called. They checked the 2 telephone numbers to verify they were correct and they were correct. Had to schedule another visit a week from now. read full review »
