I purchased my Swim-Mor Pool in 2002. It cost close to $30, 000. Within two years we had structural problems. This included falling tile, plaster cracks, and loose coping. When brought to their attention as my husband and I visited the showroom and called numerous times we were actually yelled at by the man at the service desk. The service reps were rude, unprofessional and refused to come and see our pool. We had problem after problem, and were denied help. This has been going on for years.
