Sears has the worst repair service of any company I know. Mainly problems with their own products. Hours on the phone, repairs that do not work and lemon guarantee that means nothing. Ovens, cooktops, freezers and riding lawnmowers that are made by Sears will never be purchased by me ever again. Nor will any other Sears products. read full review »
