Bought a product from them thru Ebay - failed to work after repeated communication and attempts - finally asked me to send the item back to them for a refund. I did, but never rec'd a refund, and now they have the item back! Ebay failed me as well, stating it was over the time limit - 2 months. No help from anyone and am out $70!
