I paid my deductable in January with united health care. Cvs caremark has stated several times that I have not met my deductable, but I called UHC with cvs caremark on the line about 10 times now! For them to state that the deductale wad met in January! Yet caremark still made me pay full price for my 2 subscriptions! And refuse to fix the issue. And they keep telling me to contact UHC! my health care company! Why in the world is this my responsibility to correct there mistake?
