When I ordered Direct TV I asked them if they could replicate what I had with Comcast Cable. They assured me all the TVs would be hooked up with DVR, HD and On Demand. When they arrived, they cold only hook up two and they failed to walk me through how to use the system. About two weeks later I went to use On Demand for the first time. It didn't work and I called in to find out I needed to spend another $170.00 in equipment in order to get On Demand. This was very shocking and disappointing.
