I too have the exact same story of all the other victims that have posted...except that I GOT MY MONEY BACK...or so I hope. Today 2-9-09 I called and demanded a refund after noticing a charge on my account two days ago. I had to anxiously wait to call them today because they are closed on the weekend. I was bullheaded and determined to get a refund. I called them 4 times and every time they lied to me telling me that Nobody at their office can give me a refund.
