Made appointment for window replacement estimate for Wed., June 16, 2010, 10 AM. Reconfirmed appointment Wed. morning. No one showed up nor did anyone phone. Called Install America @ 10:55 AM; no answer. Left voice mail. Time now, 12:45 PM, still no response. What can one expect from this company if you were to contract to have windows replaced?? read full review »
