Years back our neighbor relocated his mail box... our mail was discontinued, then we advised the USPS that our neighbor had relocated his mail box. and the USPS disconitued HIS mail, based on the idea that he had relocated his mial box WITHOUT a permit. The neighbor screamed at the Postal worker every day and soon his mail service was reinstated, due to a "handicap". Last month the USPS opted (again) to discontinue OUR mail service.
