Order placed on 5/30/10, I paid extra for "2nd day shipping". Called 3 times, was told "on back order", then "will be shipped on 6/15/10". On 6/16/10 still not shipped, I cancelled order, ( they said my" credit card was not charged yet") BUT 40 minutes AFTER I cancelled, they charged my credit card, including the "2nd day shipping" extra charge-- note this is on the 17th day after order was placed!! Fraud!! Misrepresentation and false advertising. Will NEVER shop with them. read full review »
