This was my first time placing an order with this company. I place an order for a Power mac, their website says it was in-stock, but I received and e-mailed saying that was not process to give them a call. So i did, the lady who picked up the phone told me they sold out, and I should shop somewhere else and hung-up. I went back to the site, and found a different model, so I call them to make sure it was in stock, the same person pick-up again and put me on hold for 37min. and hung-up on me again after waiting for 37min.
