We were moving and needed a sofa and love seat. When we first inquired, we were told that delivery takes between 3 and 4 days, so we decided to make the actual purchase closer to the date of our move. When we made the actual purchase, they were suddenly "very busy" and the delivery date changed to 11 days after our purchase.
