I did give my account to a potential lender for a loan but never received confirmation for authorize any deduction from my checking account. I have called and left messages with no response. I was kept waiting for over an hour to talk to come one. When calling the intro. message is this Card Members Serives. I am frustrated because I cannot afford the membership fee for the shopping club- $149.95 was withdrawan from by checking account.
