My Daughter purchased a 50" Samsung Plasma 3D TV along with the Best Buy wall mount installation package on May 2nd and hauled it home. She decided that the $800 for installing the TV was too much, so she cancelled this and hired some other people to install it. Nine days later when the installers took the TV out of the box to install it, the screen was shattered. The installers took the TV back to Best Buy, but they said that they would not accept the return because either the installers dropped it while trying to hang it on the wall, or my Daughter dropped it while hauling it.
