I had a single line put in for a small business and was told it would be 39.95 for 3 years. Then I received a bill for $178! This included "installation" fees that I was not told about and all that had to be done was a line activated. There was already a jack and wire. Then, MY BAD, I sent the payment to my OTHER At&t account number by accident. When I received another bill and figured out what happened, I sent in full payment which was now over $240.!
