Thurs., May 6, 2010, Sears Repair Service was supposed to come between 8 am & 12. No one came. Approx. 10 am I called, got a recording they would come between 1pm & 5pm. They did not come or call. I called again and the recording said someone would come Tues. These voice messages at my calling are not acceptable. Poor customer service. May 11 between 8am and 12. A repairman came, appoligized for Sears behavior. He was polite and repaired my oven. read full review »
