I had had a Compaq Presario 2000 for years and years, it was so old husband said lets go get you another. Just before we left an ad was on TV for Verizon and this HP NOTEBOOK with broadband. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I have had two since March 3 it is June 16th and I just got it back from 2 weeks of them replacing the motherboard and Access to broadband. Now, it doesnt work any better!
