I had gone to PC Tools website long ago and removed any renewals on any products of theirs I use. Then I get a charge of $29.95 without even being notified they are going to renew a product I already said I didn't want to renew. They put my bank account in the red. With this crummy economy, right now, having a $39.00 overdraft is more than I can afford. I had tried to contact them through their site and have had no response at all.
