Purchased a Troy-Bilt Lawn Edger Model TBE575 and have used it less than 25 hours. After having to replace two belts, it stopped working altogether and I was informed by the repair shop that it was not worth fixing. Getting Troy-Bilt customer service to respond, by e-mail, phone or letter is fruitless. Troy-Bilt used to make reliable products when they were factory order only. However, since MTD is manufacturing their products the quality, reliability and customer service have tanked. If you are in the market for a lawn edger, do not purchase this product. read full review »
