Steve, "the Mgr." is running, and I say that loosely, does not know what customer service is. The prices might be great for some things, but they hang up on you when called, they don't answer, or cancel the email customer service requests. If you tell them you are not happy, he simply says go somewhere else, we are rated A+ at BBB. Pathetic service...the only bright spot is there shipping department, they ship out very fast but then they make mistakes on only half the orders.
