I ordered a door lock on June 3rd and received an order confirmation but never a shipping confirmation. I emailed (the only means of contact) on June 11th to follow up as I had not yet received the lock. I got no response. I emailed again today and was finally provided shipping info. But why was it shipped on June 11th when the order was placed on June 3rd?! read full review »
