We rented a 31 camper from Woodlands Camper & RV over Memorial Weekend. They were very nice when we picked it up and explained everything involved. Got to the campground 2 hrs away and attempted to open the slide. We could not open it. After numerous calls to Norman (who was trying to help) we were not able to get it open.
