My new Car CD-radio unit isn't working properly. It doesn't play or eject CDs. Also, I wasn't able to get the unit to play music from an I-pod that was connected via USB. So I called Sony's tech support people. They deserve credit for having someone available by phone. However, the person said my unit is defective and the company will repair it "for free" but I must pay to have it removed and MAILED to Texas! Worthless! read full review »
