Last month Virgin Mobile credit card system kept rejecting my Credit Card. I had made over 20 attempts using my credit card to get my service reinstalled. It finally took me 2 weeks to get someone to help, I had to call a corporate number to the publicity department, on May 17, 2010, I left a message. I was called back by a woman name Jane or Jan from a Eastern Washington area code. She promised me a free months service and A $20.00 credit to purchase ring tones and graphics.
