Wells Fargo Auto attempted to contact us at our home regarding a late auto payment and when they couldn't get us, the contacted our next door neighbors (whom we don't know) and asked them if they knew us. They proceeded to ask them to come to our house and return the call. That is one of the most unbelievable things that I have ever seen. With this company for 7 years and 2 auto loans and this is how they treat you when you are late with your payment. Never again will I ever use Wells Fargo or any of its subsidiaries. read full review »
