The service department at Henry Brown GMC located in Gilbert Arizona requires a complete overhaul from the service advisors desks right on down to the mechanics and technicians. I tried to support a new dealership and a local business but found myself frustrated and disappointed by the lack of care and attention in resolving my diesel service issues correctly the first time.
