I have been financed with this company since feb of last year. i was doing really good on my payments and was very proud of myself. after june i became a single mother and was having trouble making the full payment on time. so i would call ahead and ask the CSR to help. they allowed me to half my payment when i was having trouble paying. and i paid them whenever the date that i promised to pay. then one day, i called to let them know i would be late and the lady was very rude to me and even hang up on me! i was very shock. then back on march... read full review »
