Randy Lipnitz, owner, was engaged to fix home network, did unauthorized work, installed 'old' technology, charged hundreds more than represented. Network did NOT work, had to be reconfigured by another firm. Randy's equipment was returned, he became beligerant, hostile, yelling in the street, threatening. Would not honor guarantees.
