Placed an order that should have shipped the next day, and arrived in two days, no such luck. Have been unable to contact the company for 6 business days, they do not respond to messages or e-mails. Have never spoken to a live person. These people should read their customer service pledge and practice what they preach. If it sounds too good to be true ... it probably is when it comes to Best Buy Golf Supply. Never again. It's a good thing I don't live near these people. read full review »
