I received a call from Mr. Max Clinton, who had a very thick foreign accent, who claimed to be a senior attorney with American Legal Processing, (760) 514-0171. He said that a case was "being downloaded in California cour system" against me for a payday loan from an online lender in April of 2009. While he did not quote it, he claimed to have my social security number.
