We went to a Sears to purchase a refrigerator that we saw on online -- no delivery charges and at a reasonable price. We went to the store to see the product and went to purchase it. The salesman told us the model we wanted was not available and showed us a more expensive one. We asked for stainless steel and had the Internet print out showing the price and no delivery charges.
