Ordered Free Trial offer and cancelled when I did not receive product. I did fiinally receive the product and was charged the shipping charge. I had expected that BUT I was extremely upset when this company charged my credit card 88.62 a month later. I called the phone numberS available on the terms and policy and the return and exchange policy. I talked to the Rep and told her to remove the charge because I had cancelled a month earlier...within the allow period for cancellation per their website.
