Judge Dan Mike Bird has a long history of going against the best interests of the children. My ex husband, Donald Dean Burt Jr, is a confessed alcoholic, abuser with a hot temper, and a cheater. The judge gave him custody of our children based on illegally obtained emails from Beth and Dwight Michener. The judge has a history of corruption in the 46th Judicial District.
