This Co. charged my cking acct. for $78.34 w/out my consent. I did a trial thing on the computer & canceled right away. I've tried calling, but have not been able to speak to a person. The auto-answer says I've already canceled my "membership", but that's all the info I can get. I left a voice mail message saying I did NOT want this product & to refund the entire amt. immediately.
