We think we were overcharged for a synthetic oil change. So about a month ago we called and got no help. So we wrote a letter to the corporate office on May 19, 2010 and expressed our thoughts that we thought we were overcharged by $25 to $40 and had never paid so much for that service before. To date, we have heard nothing from them. We think they have a very poor customer service and are ignoring us.
