I am being scammed by Columbia Residential and NWP Services Corporation. I moved into a brand new apartment less than a year old. First water bill $77. Second water bill $89. Third water bill $224. They claim the water and sewage rate is metered. It is not because I have actually been using less water and even turned the water off to the toilet. This should be illegal. read full review »
