Unbelievable! This company was my senior citizen mother's mortgage holder after her loan got sold off. She asked for a mortgage adjustment (loan modification) to change her rate from an adjustable rate to a fixed rate. She want through NACA and they informed her that Aurora was a historically noncompliant partner. She pressed forward anyway, They agreed to a temporary interest reduction, while they decided on a permanent decision on modifying her loan to allow her to stay in her home.
